If there’s one munchie snack that’s always a crowd favorite, it’s crispy rice treats. Sweet, chewy, satisfyingly crunchy, yet surprisingly airy.
We’re taking the average treat a couple notches higher by adding coconut oil instead of butter (basically making it health food), and an ABX Honey Stick (available in 10, 20, and 40 mgs of THC). The coconut oil adds a slight coconut flavor, but you barely notice the honey (during taste-testing only a couple of tasters said they noticed it).
The best thing about this recipe is how versatile it is. Don’t like coconut oil? Add butter. Want your treats stronger? Add another honey stick! Just be careful, it’s hard to eat just one!
Makes: About 16 squares.
We made ours with 40 mg of THC for the entire batch, making it about 2.5 mg of THC per serving. You can use more or less THC and cut the squares bigger or smaller depending on your preference.
