Mosaic, Citra and other hop varietal terpenes are extracted in our SuperCritical extraction machines.

These terpenes are then blended utilizing Lagunitas’ proprietary hop blend recipes to give it the recognizable flavor profile of a refreshingly delicious Lagunitas beer.
